A brief note regarding practical matters for smoke shop owners and dispensaries carrying glassware...
It is worth the extra investment to keep your stock packed in foam or packing peanuts. The common law-enforcement tactic, during raids, is to seize all items without regard for their fragility. In past cases, as much as 80% of the seized glassware was broken or damaged during the 'processing of evidence', by law enforcement, who often throw items into boxes during the 'inventory'.
